30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in the original packaging.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and original contents.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Products showing signs of excessive wear or modification.

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (unless defective).

  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • A brief description of the problem.

After verification, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a product defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please do not send any items back without first contacting our customer support team for return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled free of charge before they are processed for shipment.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please wait until you receive the package and then contact us for return instructions.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide either:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A full refund.
